Excellent tutu:I bought a black tutu for Halloween. I wasn't expecting a quality item for the price but I was really surprised at the volume of the skirt. I was going to buy the material and make the skirt myself but the material would have cost more than this skirt. It fit nicely and looked great with lots of volume. I can't compare to a real tutu but for Halloween , it did the job.
